Green space that survives a Qatari summer
Landscape is the first thing a visitor sees and the first thing to suffer when irrigation is neglected. I City Services maintains soft and hard landscape areas and the irrigation systems that keep them alive, with planting and watering regimes built for Gulf heat, salinity and water cost.

Designed for this climate
Landscape maintenance in Qatar is a water management discipline before it is a gardening one. Summer temperatures, saline groundwater and rising utility costs mean the difference between a healthy site and a dying one is usually the irrigation controller, not the gardener.
Seasonal regimes
Watering schedules, pruning windows and planting calendars shift across the year. We run distinct summer and winter regimes, adjust controller run times monthly, and plan major planting for the cooler months so replacement costs stay low.
Water efficiency
Leak detection, correct emitter sizing, mulching and zone-level scheduling reduce consumption measurably. Where treated sewage effluent is available, we manage the connection, filtration and safe-handling requirements. Consumption is reported monthly alongside landscape condition.
Plant health and replacement
Species selection favours drought and salt tolerance. Disease and pest issues are treated with approved products under ISO 14001 controls, and replacement planting is scheduled rather than reactive, so the site never looks patchy.
Integrated with the rest of the contract
Landscape rarely sits alone. Irrigation pumps, external lighting, drainage and hard surfaces overlap with MEP and cleaning scopes. Delivering them under one integrated contract removes the finger-pointing that separate vendors create.

We will assess planting condition, irrigation performance and water use, then propose a maintenance regime and price.
