Screening before deployment
Candidates are assessed on role competency, spoken English or Arabic as required, grooming and service standards, and reliability history. Baristas complete a practical assessment; kitchen staff are tested on hygiene knowledge. You receive profiles before deployment and may reject any candidate.
Documentation and compliance
Staff placed by I City Services hold valid residence permits, health cards where the role requires them, and food-handler certification for kitchen and service positions. Sponsorship, payroll, wage protection compliance and end-of-service liability sit with us, not with you.
Time to deploy
For roles held in our active pool, deployment is typically measured in days rather than weeks. Event and peak cover can be mobilised faster where scope is confirmed in advance. Pre-opening projects are planned backwards from your soft-launch date.
Supervision and replacement
Every account has a named manager, not a shared inbox. Attendance is monitored daily, replacement cover for sickness and leave is contracted, and underperforming staff are replaced within an agreed window at no additional recruitment cost.
