These Terms & Conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern your use of the iCity mobile application (\u201cApp\u201d) and website https:\/\/icity.qa<\/a> (\u201cWebsite\u201d), operated by iCity Services (\u201ciCity\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, or \u201cour\u201d), a facility management and hospitality services company established in the State of Qatar.

By accessing or using the App or Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Website.

1. The App and Our Services

The App provides access to services and information offered or managed by iCity. Depending on your account type and the services enabled for you, these may include facility management, maintenance, hospitality, property and resident services, service requests, work orders, contracts, employee self-service, HR-related requests, notifications, and support services.

The available features may vary by user role, property, employer, client organisation, contract, or location.

2. Accounts and Access

The App does not offer self-registration. Accounts are created and managed by iCity or an authorised administrator, employer, property manager, or client organisation.

You must:

– use only the account assigned to you;
– keep your login credentials confidential;
– provide accurate information when requested;
– promptly notify iCity or your administrator of unauthorised account access; and
– use the App only for lawful and authorised purposes.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you have reported unauthorised access without undue delay.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not:

– use the App in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful;
– submit false, misleading, or unauthorised requests or information;
– interfere with, disrupt, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App, Website, accounts, systems, or networks;
– use another person\u2019s account or access information without authority;
– upload or transmit malicious code, harmful material, or content that infringes another person\u2019s rights; or
– use the App for a purpose that is not permitted by these Terms.

iCity may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms, applicable law, or security requirements have been breached.

4. Service Requests and Bookings

A request, ticket, booking, or work order submitted through the App is subject to review, scheduling, availability, and acceptance by iCity or the relevant authorised service provider.

Where appointments are offered, requested times are not guaranteed. You must provide accurate and safe access information and cooperate reasonably with personnel delivering the service.

iCity may modify, reschedule, decline, suspend, or cancel a request where necessary for operational, safety, contractual, legal, or security reasons.

5. Payments, Fees, Cancellations, and Refunds

Where the App offers paid services, applicable fees, cancellation conditions, and refund terms will be shown before the relevant service is confirmed.

Payments may be processed by authorised third-party payment providers. iCity does not store full payment-card details on its own servers.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with the terms displayed at the time of purchase or booking and any applicable law.

6. Employee and HR Features

Where employee self-service or HR features are available, the App is a tool for submitting and viewing authorised employment-related requests and information.

Use of these features does not create, amend, or replace any employment contract, company policy, salary entitlement, loan agreement, approval process, or legal right. Requests submitted through the App remain subject to applicable company policies, approvals, and relevant agreements.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, Website, software, branding, logos, text, graphics, content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to iCity and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

iCity grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, exploit, or create derivative works from any part of the App or Website except where permitted by law or with iCity\u2019s prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, cloud services, mapping tools, communication services, or notification services.

Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. iCity is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, available at:

By using the App, you acknowledge that your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Suspension and Termination

iCity may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the App where necessary to protect users, systems, services, contractual arrangements, or legal rights, including where there is suspected fraud, misuse, unauthorised access, or breach of these Terms.

Because accounts are provisioned and managed outside the App, requests relating to account access, deactivation, or deletion should be submitted to iCity or the relevant authorised administrator.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App and Website are provided on an \u201cas available\u201d basis. While iCity takes reasonable steps to maintain the App and Website, we do not guarantee that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iCity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the App, Website, or services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Changes to the App or Terms

iCity may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App, Website, or services where reasonably necessary.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the App, Website, or by email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms means that you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the App or Website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Doha, Qatar, without affecting any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
