Any company can put a person in a uniform. The difference between a cleaning contract that works and one that generates complaints is what happens in the four weeks after mobilisation — supervision, replacement cover, consumables control and audit.
Written scope and frequency matrix
Every contract starts with a room-by-room matrix: what is cleaned, how often, to what standard, and by whom. Daily, weekly, monthly and periodic tasks are separated so nothing quietly falls off the schedule. Both sides sign it, and it becomes the document any dispute is measured against.
Directly employed, trained teams
Our operatives are recruited, sponsored, accommodated and trained by I City Services. Induction covers chemical handling and dilution, colour-coded equipment, infection control for healthcare environments, manual handling, working at height and site-specific safety rules. Refresher training is scheduled, recorded and auditable under ISO 45001.
Supervision and replacement cover
Sites above a defined headcount carry a dedicated supervisor; smaller sites share a mobile supervisor on a fixed visit schedule. Absence cover is contracted, not improvised — annual leave, sickness and end-of-service rotations are planned so your headcount on site does not silently drop.
Audits you can show a client
Scheduled inspections are scored against the frequency matrix and issued with photographs, a corrective action list and a closure date. Monthly reporting shows audit scores by area, complaint volume and resolution time, consumables consumption, and staffing attendance. For ISO-certified clients this is the evidence pack auditors ask for.
Chemicals, equipment and sustainability
Approved products with material safety data sheets held on site, correct dilution control, colour-coded cloths and mops to prevent cross-contamination, and machinery maintained on its own PPM schedule. Where clients pursue ISO 14001 or green building targets, we substitute lower-impact products and report waste segregation volumes.
Environments we clean
Commercial offices and towers, clinics and medical centres, schools and universities, retail units and malls, restaurants and central kitchens, residential compounds, and hotel back-of-house. Healthcare and food environments follow stricter protocols aligned to MOPH and ISO 22000 expectations.
