Hygiene risks handled before they escalate
Waste and pest issues damage reputations faster than almost any other facilities failure, and in food and healthcare environments they carry regulatory consequences. The paperwork that protects you
When an inspector arrives, the question is never whether you clean or treat. It is whether you can prove when, with what, by whom and to what effect. Our waste and pest programmes are built around that evidence.
Site mapping and baseline survey
Every programme begins with a survey: waste streams and volumes, bin store condition, pest pressure points, entry routes, and existing bait or monitoring positions. The resulting site map governs the service schedule and is updated after any material change.
Scheduled service with signed records
Each visit produces a report: areas treated, products used with batch and dilution, findings, activity trends and recommended remedial works such as proofing, drainage repairs or door sealing. Records are retained and available for audit at any time.
Segregation and recycling
Where clients pursue ISO 14001 or sustainability reporting, we separate general, recyclable, organic and hazardous streams, track weights and report diversion rates. Disposal is routed only through approved contractors and licensed sites.
Escalation and outbreak response
Activity above agreed thresholds triggers an intensified treatment cycle at no additional visit charge, plus a root-cause report identifying the structural or operational failure that allowed it. Fixing the cause is treated as part of the service, not an upsell.
